The lower level features a fully-equipped kitchen with gas appliances and features plenty of counter-space to allow for preparing and enjoying meals after a day on the hiking or skiing trails. The open concept floor plan allows for plenty of space for guests to spread out into the dining room or relax in the living area near the gas fireplace. The 6-top dining table is the perfect place for any meal or game night! One of the beat features of this property is the outdoor space! Just outside the dining room is a large outdoor patio space with a propane grill and fire pit. There is also a large umbrella to block that late summer sun! All three bedrooms in this townhome are located on the second floor. To the left, just up the stairs, guests will find a large primary bedroom with a large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom that features a dual vanity, soaking tub and large shower. The two guest bedrooms are on the other end of the second floor and share a bathroom that features a shower/tub and single vanity. There is one guest room with a twin over full bunk bed while the other guest room features a queen bed. Both of these guest rooms have windows with coverings, closets and smartTVs! In addition to the listed spaces, there is a laundry room on the second floor and a half bathroom just off the kitchen. Guests will have access to the entire property except for an owners closet located in the half bathroom! Guests also have access to the Park Edge clubhouse, featuring a pool table, ping-pong, movie theater, fitness center, outdoor pool (summer only), year-round jacuzzi, conference facilities, and two playgrounds.
Guests will have access to the entire two-story town home and two-car garage with the exception of an owner's lockout closet on the first floor. IMPORTANT: This home is strictly an animal-free zone due to the owner having extreme allergies to pet dander. Because of this, we can not host groups with any pets regardless of their status due to concerns for the owners.
